1. Getting information about the client with the active call.

Information on the current call, contacts of employees, leads, contacts
counterparties, call log, missed calls.


The ability to open a customer card and contact person during dialing or an active phone call by clicking the "Information on the active call" button or the quick "Num +" button. Pay attention that the counterparty card can be opened during an incoming call until the phone is picked up.

The ability to automatically create an “Event” or “Phone call” document with the filling of the business partner and contact person, in which you can make records of the phone call. After the end of the call from this document, you can open the audio recording of the conversation, the recording opens in the browser and is not stored in the BAS database.

2. Dialing from the counterparty card.

3. Saving the history of conversations in the counterparty card.

The ability to automatically download incoming and outgoing calls to BAS in the form of documents "Event" with the definition of the counterparty, contact person and responsible person of "our" organization. From the counterparty card or contact person, you can view the call history and listen to audio recordings of conversations.

4. Information about missed calls, working off missed calls.

5. Filling the source of information in documents "Events (phone calls), as well as in lead cards".

The source of information is determined by the specified correspondences for our telephone numbers in the information register "Correspondence of our telephone numbers to information sources" . This register introduces correspondence to the information sources of our telephone numbers connected to the Virtual ATC. According to the given correspondences, the source of information is filled in in the documents "Events (phone calls)", as well as in the lead card.

Configuring the correspondence of our telephone numbers to information sources is set in the "Settings" menu of processing "Virtual ATC", on the tab "Correspondence of our phones to information sources" (Fig. 5).

6. Synchronization of contacts in BAS and Phonet. Synchronization of BAS users with users in Phonet.

The function allows you to synchronize counterparties, contact persons of counterparties BAS with clients of Phonet, and also bind clients of Phonet to responsible managers, whose phones will receive calls. "Phonet". Counterparty data that is transferred to the "Phonet":

  • name;
  • phones;
  • responsible managers to whom to transfer calls.

The list of functions for synchronization of contractors (Fig. 6) and employees of BAS:

  • Employee Synchronization; performs a comparison of employees BAS with managers in the "Phonet", for which contractors are assigned.
  • "Uploading changed counterparties" ; performs unloading only changed or new counterparties. Processing is also performed in the routine task every 10 minutes, by default.
  • “Full unloading of counterparties”; performs full unloading of all counterparties from BAS to Phonet, this operation is performed once when the BAS with Phonet Integration ”module is implemented

7. Quick lead creation for incoming call.

The setting is implemented as a separate subsystem "Lead Management" , not included in the main delivery of the "Integration BAS with "Phonet" module. The setting allows you to keep records of potential buyers who have not bought anything yet. Leads are classified into: hot, warm, cold, unpromising. If a lead becomes a customer, then on the basis of the lead card an element of the “Counterparties” directory is created and the lead card closes automatically.

Thus, contacts remain in active leads that have never become buyers or the phone number is not entered into contact of any counterparty. 



8. Creating a buyer's order when receiving information about the current call. Opening an order journal for the current counterparty (additional paid functionality).

This functionality is turned on in the "Open:" setting, which is located at the bottom of the "Current Call" tab of the "Virtual ATC" panel, a menu item has been added: "New customer order" to the list of "What to open when an active call" ("Do not open anything" , "Customer Card", "Event (phone call)"). Thus, if the current call is active, if the option "Open a new customer order" is enabled, then when you click the "Information on the current call" or the key combination "Num +", a new document "Customer order" opens with the counterparty filled out and the contact person (Fig. 8) of the counterparty the order book for this counterparty can be opened (Fig. 9), if the corresponding setting is enabled in the settings of this module.

Implementation Approach for Settings

There are two ways to technically implement the settings for our module:

  1. By making minimal changes to the standard configuration, in the form of a separate subsystem "Phonet" and "Lead Management," if the module is included in the package.

  2. As an extension of the main configuration of the standard product. The way the module is implemented for different standard products is described at the beginning of the page here.


The solution is localized for Ukrainian and Russian languages.

Requirements for the BAS platform: release 8.2.19.121 or newer.
