This solution will allow you to loop communication with leads and counterparties. Previously, call scheduling was implemented only for leads by hard statuses: Hot, warm, cold, hopeless.
But, many of our clients have their own interaction statuses and may be different for leads and counterparties. Therefore, we have added the "Interaction Statuses" reference book, where you can enter your own interaction statuses with contractors and leads and set (or not set) the cyclicality of contacts with clients for them.

Added a subsystem "Call planning", with the help of which we can form planned events (phone calls) for both leads (potential clients) and contractors.

When opening the register element “Telephony: number of days for scheduling calls”, we specify:

status name (you can enter your own statuses);

sorting;
-
create scheduled events;
-
number of days after which to generate an event.

Fig. 3 shows the output of lead statuses (set in the information register "Telephony: number of days for planning calls") in the form of a quick selection.
In the Lead card, if you change the lead status to another, a scheduled event is automatically created (the "Events" tab) for the number of planning days specified in the "Telephony: number of days for scheduling calls" register, Fig. 1). The program will issue a message about the scheduled phone call (the "Event" document).
If you set the "Cold" status in the counterparty card, the phone call is scheduled in 180 days according to the settings (Fig. 5) and change the counterparty status to "Periodic", the phone call is scheduled in 30 days according to the settings (Fig. 6), the program will display a message about the automatic recalculation of the scheduled call date.

In the document log "Events: phone calls", we can make a selection by the state "planned", and information about all planned events (phone calls) will be displayed. If you specify "responsible manager" in the selection, information about the planned phone calls of this manager will be displayed.
Quick selections by lead status have been added to the Leads directory (Fig. 8).
