Analyst, BAS consultant

"ENCITY" company. We implement projects based on BAS products. We are looking for an analyst, a consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Full interaction with clients, full mediation between the client and programmers with the complete exclusion of interaction between the programmer and the client; Analysis of problems that customers have in the work of databases, solving these problems through oral or written consultations, if programming is required, then formulate a task and hand over work to programmers; Performing regulated work on customer databases, adjusting access rights;
• Consultations by phone and e-mail;
• Development of technical tasks for programmers;
• Development of instructions for users on working in client databases;
• Maintenance of a database of active tasks for clients, control of the execution of tasks by programmers.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience of creating TK for programmers, availability of examples.
• Higher technical education or economic (not humanitarian);
• Good knowledge of BAS products at the user level, knowledge of typical BAS configurations, experience of 2 years or more;
• Ability to communicate and write in Ukrainian;
• Availability of stable wired Internet;
• Be On-Line during the working day.

Working conditions:

• Remote operation mode;
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri from 09:00 to 18:00, lunch from 13:00 to 14:00;
• Official employment;

• Trial period: 1 month;
• Payment 2 times a month, more often during the trial period.
