Integration with the Nova Poshta Platform for "BAS" series configurations
The integration of "BAS" with the "Nova Poshta" platform allows you to automate the process of generating and sending electronic waybills from the BAS database to the "Nova Poshta" personal account, and also allows you to track the statuses of sent parcels for each BAS document in the sales or customer orders journal.
Key integration features:
- Creating an electronic waybill based on a BAS expense document, sales of goods, or customer order;
- Automatic updating of electronic waybill statuses in BAS, displaying the express waybill number, delivery status, and the date of its change in the BAS documents journal;
- Automatic updating of NP (Nova Poshta) branch directories and counterparty data in "BAS";
- Support for multiple NP parcel senders, generation of NP parcels on pallets in BAS.
List of functions for "BAS" and "Nova Poshta" integration
- Automation of electronic waybill creation based on the expense invoice in the BAS database: an electronic waybill number is generated after sending the data to the "Nova Poshta" system.
- Updating electronic waybill statuses: a scheduled job performs periodic updates of the waybill status, taking into account changes on the "Nova Poshta" platform.
- Updating the list of branches, counterparty data, and contact persons in BAS: a scheduled job updates the current list of "Nova Poshta" branches for correct selection when issuing an electronic waybill, as well as counterparty data - addresses, phone numbers, full names.
- Generating documents for printing: Printing an express waybill, printing a barcode for the parcel.
- Support for multiple senders: the system allows working with several senders or warehouses.
