Standard integration functionality for each pharmacy network:

1. Automatic maintenance of a pharmacy directory: adding new pharmacies, deactivating closed pharmacies, updating address and contact information for operating pharmacies in the pharmacy network. Organization of synchronization of an existing list of pharmacies taking into account the standard pharmacy identification code - “Branche ID”.

2. Automatic loading of pharmacy prices: loading of goods (medicines, other pharmacy products), prices. Organization of automatic synchronization of goods in our database using the Morion code. Organization of a convenient interface for manual synchronization of our products and goods in the pharmacy network, synchronization of product manufacturers.

3. Automation of generating and sending applications to pharmacies. Organization of a tender to make a decision in which pharmacy chain to organize the purchase of goods (medicines) according to the criteria: distance, availability, prices.

1. Synchronization of the list of pharmacies of a specific pharmacy network.

The list of pharmacies is updated at night, pharmacies are searched by “Branche ID”, if an element is not found, a new one is added indicating the address, coordinates, contacts (phones, email). If a pharmacy is found, the contact information is updated. In addition, mandatory functionality is to disable/deactivate pharmacies in our database if they were received via API from a network of pharmacies with the sign “Not working” or the pharmacy is not in the list of active pharmacies. 2. Downloading the daily price list of a pharmacy chain.

The price list of the pharmacy chain is updated every day. It is loaded alone, common for the entire pharmacy network or by the owners of the price list of the pharmacy network, depending on the organization of the pricing policy.

What types of organization of pricing policy are there in pharmacy chains:

• The price can be the same for the entire network of pharmacies - the simplest option;

• A pharmacy chain may have several head pharmacies/counterparties that have their own price list - this price list applies to the pharmacies associated with them. Usually such separate groups of pharmacies in each region.

Below is an example of a document “Setting prices”, which contains the price list of a pharmacy or pharmacy chain, also contains functionality for convenient synchronization of new product items.

The “Pharmacy Price” document allows you to conveniently synchronize products that were not found.

3. Formation of orders for pharmacies.

This is the most important process for which the loading of pharmacies, loading of nomenclature and price lists is organized. To organize an order for medications at a pharmacy, you need convenient functionality to determine which pharmacy chain to work with. The dialog form can be organized in the form of a “Chess”, where the rows contain goods, the columns contain pharmacy chains and individual non-chain pharmacies closest to the insured. Prices and availability of goods for chain pharmacies with which there is API integration are obtained in real time. Prices of non-chain pharmacies are obtained from previously downloaded price lists of these pharmacies.

From the dialog form of the tender, automatic updates of the order status are organized, the possibility of canceling orders is available.

Automatic status updates are performed for previously created orders for pharmacies. 

By implementing API integration with pharmacy networks, an insurance company or assisting company receives comprehensive functionality for organizing the order of medications for insured persons.
