What it looks like:
We are in the Telegram messenger to get a list of available commands for querying data in BAS, enter the “/start” command line (thus, activate the bot). Further in the “Telegrams” a list of available commands is displayed with the purpose of each (in other words: the bot displays a list of its available commands, which it can do). We click on the necessary command and the bot fulfills it. Depending on the purpose of the command, data is requested in BAS, which returns the result on request and it is output in "Telegrams".

We are in “Telegrams”, enter the command “/start”. If earlier we were not registered in the bot, the bot automatically sends a request to add to BAS.

In BAS, a new user is registered, for which an employee with BAS database administrator rights sets a list of available commands that can be executed through the Telegrams bot. Additionally, you can configure the installation of a specific list of commands in the BAS by default.

Thus, the administrator, adding a list of commands to BAS for the user, gives access to them, deleting the list of commands, closes access to the bot.

Next, when clicking on "/start" “Telegrams” shows all the commands available to the user.:

When you click on a specific command, the bot returns the result from "1C:Підприємство":

A practical example of using the bot
It is necessary to request information from the Telegrams in the "1C:Підприємство" database for the goods with a specific serial number. We work without direct access to BAS, it is necessary to quickly receive information on the serial number: did the goods pass with such a serial number through BAS, who is the supplier and other information that may be in BAS.
This example of a bot is one of the many practical implementations of the interaction of "Telegrams" with BAS. There are many other interaction options.
