Функционал решения:
  • Загрузка в "1С:Підприємство" звонков из виртуальная АТС «Бинотел» в режиме реального времени через API Бинотел «CALL COMPLETED».

  • Загрузка в "1С:Підприємство" информации о звонках:

    • по GetCall (звонки, которые были заказаны через виджет на сайте);

    • по CallTracking (входящие звонки по услуге CallTracking).

  • Отчет по событиям (телефонные звонки) с данными по GetCall и CallTracking.

Решение является дополнительным функционалом к модулю «Интеграции "1С:Підприємство" с Виртуальной АТС «Бинотел», для конфигураций на управляемых и обычных форм "1С:Підприємство":

Solution functional:
  • Download in "1C:Підприємство" calls from the virtual ATC "Binotel" in real time through the API Binotel "CALL COMPLETED".

  • Downloading "1C:Підприємство" call information:

    • by GetCall (calls that were ordered via the widget on the site);

    • by CallTracking (incoming calls on CallTracking service).

  • Event report (phone calls) with GetCall and CallTracking data.



The solution is an additional functionality to the “Integration of "1C:Підприємство" with Virtual ATC “Binotel” module, for configurations on managed and common "1C:Підприємство" forms:

  1. Integration with virtual ATC “Binotel” for "1C:Підприємство" configurations on common forms (UTP, UPP, UT, revision 2.3, BU, revision 1.4, and others)

  2. Integration with virtual ATC “Binotel” for "1C:Підприємство" configurations on managed forms (UT 3.1, UNF and others)

Service Binotel CallCompeted

At the end of the call, Webhook is sent to the "1C:Підприємство" server from the Binotel side, which is received using the HTTP service.

To publish the HTTP Service, use the Apache or IIS Web server.
The result of processing this message will be a created phone call in "1C:Підприємство", which is presented in the form of a document.
This service also allows you to get information about calls requested on the site (GetCall) with the following parameters:
